Amtrak Empire Builder

The Empire Builder is an Amtrak train service running across the country connecting Seattle and Portland to Chicago via the states of Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Train operates daily with one train departing in each direction.

Coach, dining, and sleeper cars are available. Reservation (seats are not to be overbooked) is required for this train.
