Inbound means buses going toward 4th and King. Outbound means buses going toward Lyon and Greenwich.
This bus shares the same route as 30-Stockton between Caltrain and Chinatown.
Due to the construction of the Central Subway, this and line 30 have been rerouted in the Union Square area in the inbound direction. A temporary line 8-Shuttle will provide service along the original route through Union Square between Chinatown and Folsom Street.
