Metro Rail Green Line operates mostly on the median of Interstate-105 between Norwalk and El Segundo. It is a suburb-to-suburb light rail line. Connection to LAX is available via a free shuttle.
Green line trains run every 7-8 minutes during weekday peak hours, every 15 minutes midday, and every 20 minutes from about 8pm to around midnight. Weekend daytime service runs about every 15 minutes. This line uses Proof of payment fare system.
