Los Angeles Union Station is the major transit hub in all of Southern California. It is served by rail and bus lines in the Los Angeles region and beyond.

Red & purple lines

B Line and D Line lines stop at the underground platform located below Metrolink and Amtrak tracks. The entrances to the Red and Purple line platform are located in the main building and the Gateway Plaza on the east side of the station. Transferring passengers from the Gold Line, Metrolink, and Amtrak need to exit through the pedestrian tunnel to either the east or west side of the station to access Red/Purple lines.

Purchase tickets at the station concourse. Validate TAP cards at the turnstiles. Passengers with one-way or day pass can simply proceed through the turnstiles.

Gold Line

L Line to Pasadena stop on Track 1 and 2. Purchase ticket or validate TAP card at the entrance to the platforms.
