Established in November 2006, Manteca Transit provides service within the City of Manteca. Regional bus service in the city is provided by San Joaquin RTD.

Transfer is free at the shared stop at Otis and Grant (no paper transfer is issued). A child under 5 is free with a farepaying adult. Monthly pass is available at the Manteca Transit Office and at the Parks and Rec department.
